files of type MP3 here are stereo only, 11:1 compressed audio files using
      normally at 128kbs Constant Bit Rate,  16 bits,  44.1kHz source.
      Qsound is recorded into these stereo tracks so 'virtual surround' is 
      already built in.

files of type WMA here are of  3 subtypes.
    WMA files streaming download to play using Microsoft Windows Media Player Pro 9
  directly on your PC.  They can be heard in Dolby 5.1 if you have the right PC playback.

  All these WMA files are encoded as Dolby Digital 5.1 Multichannel audio using
  Adobe Audition 1.5 upon the original full fidelity WAV (PCM) files.
  These WMA files have a suffix after the composer such as none(128), 192 or VBR98.
     If the suffix is absent they are encoded at 128kbs Constant Bit Rate, 44.1k, 16bit
     If   "     "          192      "                           192kbs Constant Bit Rate, 44.1k, 16bit
     If   "     "         VBR98               "        with Variable Bit Rate of 98%(near full quality), 44.1k, 16bit.
  I am experimenting with these options to hear how the audio quality will be affected.
  Does streaming download work for VBR98?

  MP3 and WMA files may be burnt to CD.

  However, when WMA files are burnt to CD using a tool such as
      Roxio Easy Media Creator 8,  
  The resulting Dolby Encoding is reduced from Dolby Digital 5.1 to
            Dolby Pro Logic.
  Dolby Pro Logic only has left, center, right and one surround channel
      The Surround Channel is also bandwidth limited.
   Your playback device must have Dolby Pro Logic decoding in it.
